Refund policy

At Ethnic Ladies Fashion, we want you to have a pleasant shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is provided showing the issue

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging and tags intact

Returns without an unboxing video will not be approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Return request made after the 3-day return window


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear unboxing video showing the issue

  3. Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Depending on your location, the product may be picked up by our courier partner or you may be asked to self-ship the item.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video.

If the product is available in stock, a replacement will be shipped after the returned product is verified.


5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 8–15 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The return request is outside the return window

  • The unboxing video is not provided


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear unboxing video

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve replacements or refunds.
